How to Use This Activity
Pair Work
One student is the interviewer, the other is the candidate.
The candidate reads the job and skills, and answers the 3 interview questions.
The interviewer can ask follow-up questions or improvise.
Switch roles with a new job card.
Small Group Play
One student presents themselves as a candidate to 2–4 “recruiters.”
The group asks questions, votes, and gives feedback.
Rotate roles with a new job card each round.
1-to-1 with the Teacher
The teacher plays the interviewer, the student is the candidate.
The student reads the job title and skills, then answers the 3 questions.
The teacher asks follow-up questions to encourage fluency and deeper answers.
Repeat with a new job card or swap roles if the student creates their own.
