A RULE OF THUMB

Once you cancel your subscription, it is irreversible and any remaining time will not be refunded.

ENG HUB's main objective is to aid the ESL community by providing downloadable, high-quality lesson plans for teachers. However, if users misuse our lesson plans, we will not be able to continue offering them for download. To prevent this misuse, we require all users to have an active subscription. With an active subscription, we can monitor user activity on the site and identify any behavior that violates our terms of service, such as sharing login details or content. Therefore, an active membership is mandatory to safeguard our content.

We want to remind our users that sharing ENG HUB content with others is strictly prohibited. The content is intended for individual use only. Nonetheless, you may share answer sheets with your students. We also want to assure our users that they can cancel their subscription at any time, without any contractual obligations. If you mistakenly cancel before your subscription term ends, we will reactivate your account happily.

Kindly refrain from distributing ENG HUB's content to anyone else as it is meant for personal use only. However, you are permitted to share answer sheets with your students.

If a user violates our terms of service, including but not limited to sharing, redistributing, reselling ENG HUB materials, or selling shared access to a single account, we reserve the right to cancel the subscription immediately without any refund.

In the classroom – You may use ENG HUB content in the classroom.

In a school -yes, schools can use our content. However, you are required to buy a subscription for each teacher that will be using the material.

ENG HUB retains the exclusive right to modify, amend, alter, add, or delete any terms and conditions stated in these Terms of Service, at its sole discretion and at any time. ENG HUB will strive to notify the account holder within 24 hours of any updates to the Terms of Service, via email. Your continued use of ENG HUB after such changes have been made will signify your acceptance and agreement to the modifications. However, if you disagree with the changes, we kindly request that you discontinue using the site.

PURPOSE

ENG HUB offers English language learning materials for personal use only. The sharing of ENG HUB's content is strictly prohibited, whether through online or offline means, and under no circumstances is it allowed to share such content with others.

OWNERSHIP OF THE SERVICE

All the content on enghub.pro is the exclusive property of ENG HUB and is protected by copyright and other relevant intellectual property laws.

PERMITTED USE OF THE SERVICE

ENG HUB recognizes that upon purchasing a membership, you are able to download lesson plans from enghub.pro onto your computer. By purchasing a membership, ENG HUB grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable, non-assignable, and non-transferable right and license to access, read, display, download, and print a single copy of the text and images available on enghub.pro, and make photocopies for distribution solely to your own students, for your personal and non-commercial use worldwide. You are not permitted to share content with other individuals through any means, including but not limited to online, offline, or in-person.

The license granted to you for using enghub.pro is personal and non-transferable. You cannot assign or sublicense the license to any other person. You are not allowed to use enghub.pro for any commercial purposes, or include it in any product you create or distribute. You must keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact and abide by all applicable laws. enghub.pro cannot be modified, copied, distributed, reproduced, sold, or exploited in any way, except as expressly permitted in these Terms of Service. Any other use or purpose of enghub.pro is strictly prohibited, and ENG HUB retains all rights not explicitly granted in these terms. If there is any misuse of enghub.pro, as defined by ENG HUB, the license may be terminated at any time.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You are prohibited from transferring or selling your account and account designation to another party. If you register as a business entity, you must personally ensure that you have the authority to bind the entity to these Terms of Service. It is strictly prohibited to use enghub.pro to direct customers to another online selling venue for the purpose of purchasing any products. This includes posting links or URLs or providing information that would enable the customer to locate the other online site. Additionally, you may not use your account to redirect traffic to another web location.

If a registered user's account is temporarily or indefinitely suspended, certain aspects or all of enghub.pro may not be available to them. ENG HUB reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel unconfirmed or inactive accounts. Additionally, ENG HUB may refuse to provide its content to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All payment transactions, including orders, cancellations, errors, misprints, encryption, and information related to purchasing a subscription to enghub.pro, are the sole responsibility of wayforpay. While ENG HUB will make an effort to assist its members with any issues, it does not hold any liability for such matters.

RULES OF CONDUCT

When you use enghub.pro, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your actions and communications on the platform, including any actions that may infringe on intellectual property rights. You also agree that enghub.pro is not responsible for any of your actions or conduct on the platform, and that you will hold enghub.pro harmless from any claims or damages that may arise from your use of the platform.

To use enghub.pro, you must agree to abide by the following rules of conduct:

  • You are obligated to keep your username and password confidential and are responsible for any actions that occur under your account.

  • You agree to abide by all rules of conduct and are solely responsible for your behavior while using enghub.pro.

  • You agree not to transmit any harmful or destructive code, such as viruses, spyware, or malware, through enghub.pro.

  • You agree not to use enghub.pro for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, and to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to intellectual property laws, laws against money laundering, and tax laws. 

  • You will not pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity. 

  • Your account is strictly for personal use only. Sharing your account or allowing others to access it is strictly prohibited. If enghub.pro detects such activity, it reserves the right to immediately terminate your account and, if necessary, share relevant information with law enforcement authorities to support any investigation.

  • If a user violates these Rules of Conduct, including but not limited to sharing, redistributing, reselling ENG HUB materials, or selling shared access to a single account, enghub.pro reserves the right to immediately cancel the subscription without any refund.

  • You agree to not attempt to breach the security of enghub.pro in any way, including but not limited to:

    • You are prohibited from accessing data that is not intended for you, which includes logging into servers or accounts without authorization. You are also not allowed to attempt to breach security or authentication measures by probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the system or network without proper authorization. Additionally, you may not use any automated device, program, algorithm, or methodology, or any similar manual process, to access, acquire, copy, or monitor any portion of enghub.pro or its content. You are also prohibited from taking any action that puts an unreasonable or disproportionate load on the infrastructure of enghub.pro or any connected systems or networks. Furthermore, you may not conduct a reverse look-up, trace or seek to trace any information on any other user to its source, or exploit enghub.pro or its information for any purpose that reveals any information other than your own. Lastly, you may not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or disable enghub.pro for any user, host, or network, including but not limited to, via means of denial of service attacks, overloading, flooding, mailbombing, or crashing.

    • You will not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the proper functioning of enghub.pro, including, but not limited to:

    • Disrupting network nodes or network services

    • Restricting, inhibiting, disrupting or impeding enghub.pro's ability to monitor or make it available

    • Attempting to obtain services to which you are not entitled

    • If any such activity is brought to the attention of enghub.pro, enghub.pro may take appropriate legal action and/or terminate your account.

  • You are prohibited from sending emails or other content containing personal or identifying information about someone else without their explicit consent.

  • You are prohibited from sending emails or other content that is false, deceptive, misleading, deceitful, or involves a "bait and switch" tactic.

  • You are not allowed to sublicense, reproduce, duplicate, copy, rent, lease, sell, resell, exploit, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, broadcast, distribute, disseminate, decompile, publish, transmit, translate, adapt, or vary any part of enghub.pro in any form or by any means, whether physical, electronic, or otherwise.

  • You are not allowed to remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from any copies of enghub.pro.

  • You are not permitted to create an electronic or structured manual database by systematically downloading and storing any or all of enghub.pro.

  • Your use of enghub.pro must not harm or damage the reputation or perception of ENG HUB to others who receive information from enghub.pro.

enghub.pro may provide links to external sites or resources for your convenience, but the content of those linked sites or resources is not the responsibility of enghub.pro. enghub.pro does not endorse or accept liability for any content on those external sites or resources. Eligibility for a Refund
Refunds may be granted under certain conditions which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please ensure that your request meets the following criteria:

The refund request is made within 30 days of purchase.
The services or products have not been used or accessed extensively.


Processing Refunds
Once your refund request is reviewed and if it is approved, the refund will be processed back to the original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
