Defend the Indefensible

In this activity called "Defend the Indefensible," students will be assigned a universally unpopular or absurd viewpoint. Their task is to defend it as convincingly as possible.

They can be divided into small groups or pairs and work with their team to develop the arguments. You can set a limited amount of time to prepare the arguments.
