How Are Books Made?

Short overview of the activity:

20-30 minutes

• Discuss some questions about books and reading.
• Learn new vocabulary. Allow your students to discover the meanings (pictures will be very helpful).
• Play a guessing game with 2 variants:
  1. Like the usual Alias game, explain the meanings to each other.
  2. Play a YES/NO question game: one person picks a word from the suggested ones (in their mind), and other people or another person tries to guess what it is by asking yes/no questions.
• Conduct a matching activity with the new vocabulary.
• Complete an exercise to practice the new words.
• Watch a video and answer the questions.
• Retell the content of the video using the pictures.
