Individual work
- The teacher gives each student one or more prompt cards with daily activities.
- Students read the prompts and think about their life.
- They prepare 1–2 sentences using adverbs of frequency (e.g. I always…, I sometimes…).

Pair / Group work (including breakout rooms)
- The teacher gives one or more prompt cards to each pair or group.
- Students work in pairs or small groups (2–4 students).
- They take turns reading the prompts and saying how often they do each activity.
- Students can ask simple follow-up questions (e.g. “How often?”, “Why?”).
- They can also compare answers (e.g. “I always…, but she never…”).

Class sharing
- Invite some students or groups to share their answers with the class.
- Other students can ask simple questions or say if they are similar.
- Focus on clear speaking and correct use of adverbs of frequency.
