The A1 Lesson Track provides a clear sequence of lessons to support learners in taking their very first steps in English. It introduces core grammar, everyday vocabulary, and useful functional language in a logical order, with each unit built around a familiar topic so learners meet new language in a context they can relate to. Teachers and learners need to ensure regular recycling and revision, as this is especially important at A1, where confidence grows through repetition.
This track is a suggested route, not a fixed syllabus. Every learner is unique, so teachers are encouraged to adapt, adjust, and revisit lessons as needed. But we'll also keep updating and expanding the track to make it as effective and relevant as possible.
