Individual work

Student Control: Share the board link and let the student choose any card and click on it to reveal the scenario.
Stretch the Task: If the student answers quickly, prompt them for an extra sentence, a different version, or a similar example from their own life.
Reflect & Record: At the end, the student chooses their favourite card and explains why. Optionally, they can write down their best story afterwards as homework.

Pair / Group work (including breakout rooms)

Team Play: Divide the class into 2–3 teams. Each team takes turns choosing a card. The "speaker" role rotates so everyone has a turn telling the story.
Breakout Room Rounds: In larger classes, share the board link and send pairs or trios into breakout rooms. They pick cards and tell each other the stories for 5–10 minutes before returning to compare progress.
Class Debrief: After the game, invite groups to share their favourite or trickiest stories with the whole class. Students vote for the "best glow up story."
