Speaking activity
ENG HUB Pro
This activity can be played in different ways! You can choose to make it a fun chat game where students race to give their answers quickly, or as a speaking game where students take turns, use a timer, or try to come up with the most unique answer. It's up to you how to play! 😊
How to Use:
- Divide students into pairs or groups, or they can play individually.
- Give each pair, group, or student one card or a set of cards to answer.
- For group activities, students can work together in breakout rooms:
- They can discuss the same card and share their answers with the whole class later.
- Alternatively, they can work on different cards and then switch to discuss new ones.
Additional Ideas:
- Use a timer to make it more exciting. See who can think of their answers the fastest.
- Introduce a point system where unique or creative answers get more points.
- After discussing in breakout rooms, have one student from each group share their answers with the whole class. This helps with public speaking and working as a team.
Enjoy the game and have fun!
