How to Use This Activity

Individual Work

• The student looks at the to-do list on the screen. Each list shows fixed arrangements, plans, and cancelled activities.
• The student makes six sentences using ‘to be going to’ or Present Continuous .
• Encourage the student to include cancelled activities with negative sentences.
• Ask the student to add variety (positive, negative, and yes/no question).

Pair or Group Work

• Students work in pairs or small groups. One student chooses a to-do list and makes sentences about it.
• Groups can set a time limit (e.g., 60 seconds per list) or take turns describing different lists.
• After several rounds, invite a few students to share their sentences with the class. Classmates can compare answers and correct mistakes together.
