Spring Try Do or Skip
How to use this activity:
• Students work in pairs or small groups.
• Assign several cards to each pair or group.
• Each student explains what they would do with the activity and why, giving at least one clear reason.
• They also choose the most exciting activity on each card.
• Afterwards, they share with the class whether they and their partners had similar or different choices, and mention any interesting points from their discussion.
For an individual lesson:
• The student works through several cards independently.
• They explain what they would do with each activity and why, giving at least one clear reason.
• They choose the most exciting activity on each card and justify their choice.
• At the end, they summarise their overall preferences and highlight any activities they found particularly surprising or appealing.
