How to use this activity:

Offline:

  • One student (or the teacher) chooses an object in a picture without saying what it is.
  • They give clues like:

“I see something green.”

“I see something round.”

“I see something you can see on the street.”

  • The other students have one minute to guess what it is.
  • If someone gets it right, they win one point. If no one guesses, the person giving the clues wins a point.
  • After each round, change roles. A new student chooses an object and gives clues.

Online:

  • Share a picture on your screen.
  • One student (or the teacher) chooses an object in the picture.
  • They give clues out loud or write them in the chat.
  • The other students write their answers in the chat. They have one minute to guess.
  • If someone gets it right, they win a point. If not, the person giving the clues wins the point.
  • After each round, change roles. A new student chooses an object and gives clues.
