20 speaking cards with different dilemmas. 
Your students need to suggest a solution or give advice.
There are different topics, so they will practice talking about real-life situations.

Students can work in pairs (in breakout rooms) or discuss the solutions together. 
If you teach offline, you can divide your students into 2 groups: psychologists and patients.  They sit in front of each other (speed dating format) and work in pairs. Then after a minute the patients move to the next psychologist and discuss their problem with another person. They can choose the best advice and after that switch their roles (become the psychologists).
