Which One Is Out?

"Which One Is Out?" is a lively speaking activity for A1-A2 level students, encouraging them to look at 3 pictures and choose the one they like/need the least.

To conduct this activity, simply assign one card with a set of 3 pictures to a student, pair, or group. Give them time to discuss their choice and reasoning (possibly using Zoom breakout rooms), and then have them share their answers with the class. Whether conducted in-person or online, this exercise fosters communication, critical thinking, and collaboration.
